The Shiitake log inoculation workshop will be held this Saturday (March 22) at 1:00 p.m. at the Ferguson Township Lion's Club just west of Pine Grove Mills, PA. GPS coordinates: N 40.73046, W 077.89590. This is a hand-on workshop so wear work clothes (bring safety glasses if you have them.) Also you will want to bring a couple of trash bags to put over your log before putting it in your vehicle since the logs will have wax on them which can make quite a mess.
