
We found lots of mushrooms! Many baskets full. Considering the dry weather, it was great!
Dedicated members looking up the mushrooms.
For better identification, you need to check the microscopic morphology too!
We identified almost all of the mushrooms!
We like to eat and gathered around for lunch and a picture. (Some not pictured due to being out foraging.)
Dinner: Chicken, Basmati Rice, Curried Chickpeas, Naan, Summer Squash, Salad, and Pineapple Upside Down Cake.
Chef Brenda Palmer (of Standing Stone and Zola's - wild mushroom expert chef) served us many fabulous meals.
She also showed us how to easily make fancy mushroom sauces.
We were well-fed.
